Team Training sessions are catered towards athletes that are currently playing on a team together. METAFit offers team training sessions for a small group of up to 6 athletes or the whole team. All team training programs are catered to the specific goals and needs of the COACH and ATHLETES. We offer Performance Testing, Progress Tracking, and Strength & Conditioning programming to ensure steady development.
